Shipping & Exchanges

Please see check-out for the specific rate to your location. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders come with full tracking. Once the order arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that is has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package. 

 

RETURN  POLICY

Vegan Nation will gladly issue store credit for the return of your product. 

Want to return your product? Easy!

  1. Email us (hello@veganxnation.com) within 7 days of receiving your order letting us know you want to return it. We will provide you with the return address. 
  2. Send us your unworn product. 
  3. Once we receive your order and confirm that is has been unworn, we will issue store credit and send you a confirmation email - it's that simple!

Please note..

  • Vegan Nation will gladly accept your product back that is unwashed and unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.)
  • Items on sale may be returned unless they were stated as FINAL SALE. 
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Vegan Nation is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
